“See, now I only tell that to people who ask the right questions. Can’t be spilling all my secrets to the wrong people now, can I?”
“Ah, yes. That would make sense - but you did offer.” She chuckled, “No, I don’t think I need any help with anything today. I’m Aspen, you are?”
“True, true. Just seeing if you had any work for me.” Bobbi smiled. ”I’m Bobbi Murdock. Nice to meet you Aspen,” she said as she offered her hand.

Bobbi looked up at Aaron. ”Today’s a new day,” she murmured. ”A good time to start something new. Are we going?” She cuddled close to his side as she held onto him tightly.
Christine covered her face with a pillow. The sun was hurting her eyes. Suddenly, she shot from the bed. She didn’t have much time before she was throwing up in the trash can.
”Yes we are I want to explore more of the city.” Aaron said with a little smile he kept his arms looped around Bobbi hugging her tight.
Iain patted Christine’s back while she hurled into the trash can once she was calm enough he held out a glass of water to here. ”Here lass drink this.” he said taking another drag from the cigarette he had.
Bobbi rested her forehead against his as they cuddled. ”That sounds fun. But what I really was talking about was us,” she murmured. Opening her eyes, she stared deeply into his. ”Does this mean we are something now?” In their age, a night of lovemaking didn’t necessarily mean that they were in love. She wanted to make certain what was happening between them.
Christine was close to tears when she took the water from him. ”I’m sorry,” she moaned as she sat back down on the bed. ”I feel horrible. Really horrible. What happened?” she asked, not able to remember anything of the night before.
Christine knew that they were going to have to deal with whatever apartment they could get, but she was a little leery about the place they had found. ”Do you really think we’ll be safe here?” she asked Iain as she sat on the bed that had been left.
As they flew, Bobbi napped on Aaron’s shoulder. She was beginning to feel exhausted. She was awake, however, when they landed. Her eyes were wide as they finally stepped off the plane.
”I thin’k et ill do fer noow lass.” Iain said still walking around before taking a seat on the bed with Christine reaching out he took Erik into his own arms gazing down at their boy.
They left the base where the plane landed that night staying in a motel until deciding where to go. Aaron clung onto Bobbi as they lied on the bed.
“I’m just worried for him,” Christine said, looking around the room. ”I don’t want him to get sick from something here, or have someone break in and take him. Or worse. I don’t like it here.” She looked at their sleeping son. Everything was different now that she was a mother. All she could think about was Erik.
As they laid in bed together, Bobbi’s mind was racing. They were finally home, but she was still bothered. She knew she had to tell Aaron sooner or later. Maybe it would do to get it off her mind. ”Aaron, I have something to tell you,” she said as she looked up at him. ”Aaron, I’m pregnant.”
Christine was a little stunned when Bobbi asked the question of her. She didn’t know what to say. ”I … I don’t know,” she stuttered dumbly. ”He loves you, you know. It was pretty obvious from the beginning and now you can’t miss it. He’s a good man. Just communicate with him,” Bobbi told her.
Aaron spent the next minutes testing what he could do he was generating an orb of dark matter while some shadow veins were flowing around in every corner he could see. Suddenly he felt a shaking feeling inside him and then there’s was a cloud of black smoke. Aaron landed on his front he blinked surprise he saw Bobbi and Christine a few feet in front of him. His eyes went wide. ”Bobbi!” he said in shock.
The girls were interuppted when Aaron suddenly appeared right in front of them. ”Aaron?” Bobbi shouted. Immediately, she ran to his side. Christine followed close behind. ”What happened?” Bobbi asked as she checked him over. ”Are you alright? What happened?”
Bobbi rolled onto her back, allowing Robert to attack her playfully. Barking, she turned towards her pup and licked him. Rowan peeked from the protection of her father’s fur to look at her mother and brother playing together.
Aaron barked back at his mate and son he scooted Rowan over so she could join then without warning Aaron picked her up gently with his teeth carrying her over to Bobbi and Robert.
Rowan jumped a bit when her father picked her up, but she was soon limp as he carried her over. Bobbi whined gently at the girl pup. When she was put down, she cautiously went over to her brother.
“Well sleep as long as you need to. Like I said, you can stay here as long as you can stand us. You’re going to be our babysitter from now on.” Bobbi gave him a grin.
Jack smiled to that he closed the freeze at last taking a seat at the table his claws combing through his messy hair. ”I’d be delighted.” he grinned.
“That’s good, because you were going to be the babysitter whether you liked it or not,” she teased. Stepping into the kitchen, she went to the sink and poured herself a glass of water. ”I’m glad you love being with Rowan so much. It’s very sweet,” she said as she leaned against the counter.
“Hello! What can I do for you today?”
Looking at the woman, she pressed her lips together, “I guess that all depends on what it is you can do?” She questioned before smiling.
“See, now I only tell that to people who ask the right questions. Can’t be spilling all my secrets to the wrong people now, can I?”
